The Professional Development Fridays Series introduces faculty and staff to the student populations served by the Thrive Center. This series will focus on first-generation college students (First Cats), transfer students, and students associated with the Immigrant Student Resources community. The goal of the series is to establish that faculty and staff have a foundational understanding of how they can incorporate best practices into their daily work to better serve these student populations.
