Please note, submission of this form is not a guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request. All invitations to present or table are subject to staff capacity and availability of resources.
Requests for presentations may be made to learn more about the Thrive Center and/or Transfer Student Center and all we offer, how we work with other units on campus, or services provided to students. You can also make program or initiative specific requests if there are just one or a few programs and initiatives you would like us to present on.
Presentation requests will default to all services within Thrive Center, unless otherwise specified. Specific presentation requests may be made for
- First Cats (first-generation college students)
- Financial Wellness (possible fees attached)
- Immigrant Student Resources
- Men of Color Initiatives
- New Start Summer Program
- Thrive Peer Mentoring
- Transfer Student Center
Student Support Services | TRIO schedules their presentations separately, you can contact them at ssstrio@arizona.edu.
If you are a K-12 group or community organization, Thrive Center only provides presentations to two specific groups. (1) Those that include high school seniors, and our focus is on the New Start Summer Program. (2) Groups with undocumented, refugee, or asylum status students, and those who come from mixed-status families and are seeking to better understand their pathways option into college.
Thrive Center provides professional development sessions to faculty and staff on campus to better understand the college experiences of first-generation college students, transfer students, and undocumented students. Each of these groups has their own unique presentation and session. You can find our regularly scheduled sessions on our website.
If you have 10 or more interested attendees, you may complete the form and request a session specifically for your team.
We love tabling and speaking with students about our services and how we can support them in their Wildcat journey! By completing the form, it allows us to know which Thrive programs you're interested in having represented at the tabling session. If you click Thrive Center, we will bring some materials about all our programs and initiatives.
The Thrive Center does not provide tours. For more information regarding tours of the University of Arizona, please visit the Office of Admissions - Visit Campus webpage. You can also visit the Student Success District website for information on all the departments and student services within the district and how to tour the spaces.
Small groups are always welcome to stop by the Thrive Center or Transfer Student Center during your visit. Both spaces can be walked through in approximately 5 minutes.
