PEER MENTORING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES

Want to find a mentor that understands your experiences as a Pharmaceutical Sciences major?  Want to connect with the department and learn about opportunities in the health sciences?  Thrive Mentoring has a partnership with Pharmaceutical Sciences to offer peer mentoring led by students who are pharmaceutical sciences majors. Thrive Mentoring combines the benefits of meeting other first-year students in your major with the support of a more seasoned student who has been in your shoes.  

Simply select a time for your 2-unit support course (where you'll meet other students) and you'll be paired with the mentor supporting that section, Harry, Martin or Alejandra, for your biweekly one-on-one meetings. Once you find a time that works for you, click on "Register" to complete the process.  If none of the times work, you can review the other 17 meeting times available on our first-year mentoring registration page.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, and your mentor will reach out to you soon after to set up your first one-on-one meeting.

This is a late-start class, and the first meeting will not be until the week of September 19, 2022.  Most courses meet in Bear Down 104, the Thrive Center classroom.

*Please Note: If you are currently taking MATH 100, you will not be enrolled until the week of September 12. 

Thrive Mentoring for first-year students meets the program requirement for Arizona Assurance.
